Azita Ghanizada

Azita A. Ghanizada (born in Afghanistan) is an Afghan American Actress in the United States. She has appeared in many television shows. Her birthplace was in Kabul, Afghan. Her parents left for the US where they were granted asylum. Her middle sister was raised within Northern Virginia. Ghanizada's on-air career began with a string of National Commercials. Ghanizada starred as Chiara in Laura Neri's production A Kiss on the Nose (2003). To commemorate the performance, she was nominated at the Cannes Film Festival for Best Actress.
